As Production Coordinator I was responsible for the production and logistics of all promotional materials in the corporate communications department until leaving to attend graduate school. As Print Production Assistant I assisted the new Production Coordinator while in graduate school. Again, while in graduate school, I served as Production Coordinator while the department searched for a replacement.
Accomplishments as Production Coordinator:
• Coordinated production and distribution of promotional materials and station resources to the press and national PBS affiliates
• Worked with designers and publicists to manage the production of all promotional materials, for up to twenty programs at any given time
• Ensured all materials were completed on schedule and represented the quality of the WGBH brand
• Organized and executed promotional mailings twice a monthAccomplishments as Print Production Assistant:
• Assisted the Production Coordinator with the execution of project coordination and general communication
