Working with teens at the ICA, we often have opportunities for them to meet and interview exhibiting and visiting artists, present their own work or showcase the broader field of teen programs in museums. In these productions, I source the team of young alumni interested in gaining experience on videography or editing, I manage the project and step in where necessary to set up, capture, edit and post.
